Settings page
Sidebar → Settings. Your own profile and security settings. Org-wide settings live elsewhere (admin only).
Account card
- Email — read-only (changing it requires admin help; we don't currently support self-service email change)
- Display name — editable
- Change password — current + new + confirm. See How-to: change your password.
Two-Factor Authentication card
- Status — Enabled / Disabled
- Enable — opens the QR + secret + verification flow
- Disable — needs current TOTP code as confirmation
Hidden actions (when 2FA enabled):
- Show recovery codes — shows the codes you saved at enrolment (only available on installs that issue them)
- Regenerate recovery codes — invalidates the old set, shows new ones once
See How-to: set up 2FA.
API Keys card
- List of your own keys — name + creation date + expiry
- New API key — name + expires-in-days (server clamps to
APIKeyMaxExpiryDays, default 90); plaintext shown once on creation - Per-row Revoke action
See Reference: API keys for the auth model and what keys can do.
Preferences
- Language — EN / TR. Affects every label including this docs page (when bundled with the docs site)
- Theme — Light / Dark / System
- Default time range — for metrics + logs queries (15m / 1h / 6h / 24h)
These are stored client-side (localStorage); they're device-specific.
Danger zone
- Delete my account (where supported) — soft-deletes your user. Removes you from every org. Audit log entries you wrote keep your snapshotted name + email.
If your install doesn't show this, deletions are admin-only — ask via Admin → Users.
What's NOT here
- Org settings (rename, delete) — Organizations → your org
- Org members + roles — Organizations → your org → Members / Roles tabs
- System settings (central observability, license, Provisioner integration) — Admin → Settings, super-admin only
